Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. I truly enjoyed my experience with her. She is so professional, patient and kind.

I will start with saying she was polite however from their it goes downhill unfortunately. Poor communication, timing of responses to listing that needed fixed, lost all saves on our home when it was miss-posted originally and had to be reposted, and missing photographs and never posting them after requested numerous times. Did not do due diligence on financing of buyer. Did not communicate appraiser was going to show up to our home and claimed to not know about it. Delayed sending of documents almost cost us our new home and was blamed on others more than once. On several occasions we were never even answered or responded too. I feel I have to give 1 star because it ended up working out however through out the entire process there was a ton of miscommunication, messed up documents, errors I had to catch, etc. Glad & grateful it all worked out but can’t leave anything close to 5 stars after that entire fiasco.
